Bobby is a fantastic public speaker and has become one of the highest profile refereeing figures in the UK due to his incredibly honest, open and reflective blogs. His career as a Premier League and International referee is something few referees achieve and at such a young age.
Many people relate to Bobbys openness and he is impressive in how he engages with people in narrative form or face to face. Bobby is one of those people you will find it hard to dislike and with his unquestionable honesty he create a fantastic insight in what it is like to be one the UK best known match officials.
