The Mission of Ref Support is “To raise the quality, status and support of grassroots refereeing, for the good of  and the interests of the game”

• To represent the interests of all grassroots match officials
• To keep referees informed of all relevant news, updates and information passed from Ref Support and other relevant football authorities.
• To organise educational, social and other activities for its members.
• To robustly challenge all forms of abuse privately and in the public eye.
• To keep the subject of Ref abuse on the national and international media agenda.
